It was absolutely not a real sancocho. The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send. To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for. Overall, very unsatisfied with the quality, presentation, and customer service. I would not recommend this place."
