First off, the dough was burnt around the edges and undercooked in the middle, it was just floppy and sad. First off, they aren't knots, they're rolls and the flavor was good (if you mess up garlic and parmesean you don't deserve to run a restaurant) but they were cold and stale like they just have a ton sitting around ready and waiting to be ordered. This entire experience was awful from start to finish and if this is how their quality is going to be on a Saturday night then I don't care to ever go back to try ever again.
