There is a bunch of pepperoni and sausage in the bowls. One bowl could feed two people but, both of us are in good shape and normally I eat 3 sometimes more slices of pizza so I ate all of my bowl. The other bowl had a little bit left in it. Really good flavor and the bowl arrived hot which is a huge plus. My dasher was nice also. Defiantly my go to for this area gluten free. Make sure you call the store if you have celiac because some of the bowls and toppings have grain. The staff has been able to answer any allergy questions I have had over the phone and if they dident know they talked to a manager. So thank you for that "
