I ordered a KitKat Brown Sugar Milk Tea (0% sugar, no ice, no cream) around 9 PM, and not only did it take a long time despite no other orders, but the drink was missing around 10% of its volume when served. When I questioned this, the manager claimed that due to my customization, this was unavoidable and refused to fill the drink to the top—even with water. His justification that making more tea would take two hours left me baffled. Customers should not have to compromise on the quality or quantity of what they pay for. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, but until improvements are made, I won’t be returning."

The Junction Coffee I had was so overly sweetened (even more than Starbucks' syrup-laden flavored lattes), none of us wanted to drink it - it is currently sitting in our sink waiting for the ice to melt so we can dump it (i.e. $4.38) down the drain and rinse the cup for recycle. The Chicken Salad had good flavor, but the chicken shreds were so tough and dry, not even the large amount of mayonnaise could help save it. The Java Junction sandwich was okay... really not that exciting, but I appreciated it for being the only edible item out of the 4 things we ordered. Will have to remember never ordering here again."
