When I opened the lid and saw the size of this sandwich I thought 'Wow!' The sausage is a hand smashed patty instead of an already processed patty which I love. The cheese is fresh and the egg was perfect! I also got their biscuits and gravy and I have to say, probably the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had from a restaurant. You can tell the biscuits and the gravy is made from scratch and not from a can. The biscuits have grill marks which I actually love. I actually used the rest of the gravy on my potatoes lol.
