One, it's harder to get a mix of all ingredients onto one spoonful. Two, there is less surface area at the top of the bowl for all the topping ingredients (i.e., they're skimping on the good stuff). This might just be me but the açaí mix tastes very sweet. They might be cutting the açaí with something sugary. I can't confirm because they don't have nutrition info on their website.
