"Another 5 stars. Food is so tasty we decided to order 2 days in a row. Breakfast Burger is outstandingly delicious with a hefty charbroiled beef patty topped with sliced ham, bacon and a fried egg with medium oozy yolk. The seasoned fries that came with burger are really yummy (a compliment from someone who typically doesn't care for fries at all, but these are so tasty!). The nachos corn tortilla chips are loaded with toppings which includes chili, diced tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese with salsa and sour cream on the side. Serving size is huge. Diced onions are the top layer (I'd prefer the onions just mixed in with the chili personally). Another hit with this Door Dash delivery of bar -style comfort food that tastes way better than chain fast food at about the same price. Would suggest they start adding napkins and plastic forks with delivery orders though for customer convenience since we received none with either order (pet peeve!). Might have to work our way down the menu with this place and try everything! So far, so good. Dasher was also quick with the pickup and delivery and followed instructions. Kudos! "

I had the pancit bihon and sinigang na baboy, I was not expecting anything special knowing that usually the other filipino restaurants do not have enough vegetables in their food and portions were small. I was delighted when I opened the container that was delivered! Pancit bihon was filled with vegetables, shrimps, chicken, squid balls, etc! And the sinigang had variety of vegetables as well including okra, eggplant, string beans. They don't skimp on ingredients, and portions were large! You get what you paid for. I was impressed that the next day I ordered beef caldereta and bistek tagalog. Those two did not disappoint as well! Huge portions, extra onions in bistek tagalog, extra potatoes, carrots, green peas in beef caldereta. I don't usually write reviews but Uncle's deserve one! I hope they keep this consistency. Uncle's is my go-to number one filipino restaurant now on door dash! Thank you Uncle's! I will be ordering more in the future."

I used to love getting food deliveries from here because of the food quality and fair portions. Now, pork sinigang has way less vegetables, very very salty broth, more fat than meat in the pork. Beef caldereta is way way less amount of serving, by more than half! For all the same price. The last 3 orders has been the same, pancit bihon - wet and runny, chicken adobo less portions - the quality has gone downhill, quite quickly. "

Chipotle, which is the blue ribbon champion of rip off their burritos when you buy extra meat are twice as big as this. And that's when you don't even have the extra fillings with them. I don't even see how you could call this extra meat. The food is decent at best. It could even be good if they cook the Carne Asada a little more and put a little bit more seasoning on it. They did add lots of wasabi, ginger and soy sauce and they didn't forget the chopsticks and they provided a small amt of napkins instead of not including any at all, which was appreciated!
