My husband splurged with the filetFilet Mignon & Shrimp hibachi and he said it was awesome and that the steak "melted in his mouth." It's crusted lightly with a mild peppery dust and seared for just a moment, so it's still raw except for the crust. The ponzu sauce it's served with is *mwah* perfect!
