"I truly enjoy this juice shop, but I want to share some feedback in hopes of improving the customer experience. Today, my DoorDasher called to inform me that my order would be delayed because the smoothie I ordered was unavailable. I appreciated the heads-up, but I was also told I’d be "hooked up" as a courtesy—yet my order arrived as-is, with no adjustments. I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my orders, especially for juice, are often canceled after waiting close to an hour. DoorDash drivers have mentioned waiting in-store for over 30 minutes, only to have my order canceled because making four juices was deemed "too much"—which is concerning for a juice shop. If four individual customers walked in, they wouldn’t be turned away, so I hope online orders can be treated with the same priority. Additionally, my açaí bowl was disappointing for the price—there was very little fruit and granola, making it feel incomplete. I share this feedback because I truly love this place and want to see it succeed. I hope improvements can be made so customers, both in-store and online, receive a consistently great experience."

"Service was fine but the food was not. The pork tenderloin sandwich came with nothing but the bun an "meat" but I was fine with that considering I had my own toppings in the fridge. THE PICTURE LOOKS WAY BETTER THEN IT TASTES. I got catfished by a sandwich at 11pm at night. What I have a problem with is the pork itself. Tasted completely unseasoned an very thin. "Pretty surprised at the value here. Although no restaurant in Blue Springs seems to make an authentic tamale, both the chicken and pork tamales were pretty great. I bought them a la carte. You can choose toppings. Some are at no cost, including the pork chili, which I highly recommend on the pork tamale. The chicken tamale is great with onion. AND you can ask for lettuce and tomato as toppings for either. They send you enough for a small salad. The crispy beef tacos are tasty, too. "

"This location does not compare to the one down north . Ordered two tamales they put them in one container , which was odd because it's possible they were for two people...so idk they should been packaged separately as I don't want someone else scooping out of my food container I'm eating from ... also covered itwith wayyy to much cheese and honestly the flavor of inside of the tamale and the green chili was not comparable to the location down north . Also the quesadilla had a lot of moisture on the bottom that actually had to be poured from the container , thus the bottom was quite soggy and I felt bad watching my boyfriend try to eat it. "

"Ordered because of great reviews I saw. Very disappointed. Order the CS11. Sesame Shrimp there's 3 inches of breading around a teeny tiny shrimp. Dry, the breading soaks up all the sauce. Also very salty. Did not receive the sweet and sour sauce I ordered. A4. Crab Rangoons are very sweet. Did not care for the A2. Roast Pork Egg Roll, taste like a frozen supermarket egg roll. Will not order from here again. I get better shrimp at China One."
