Bayleaf Avocado Chaat : Good concept, but for $13 buckaroos the serving should've been twice the size; needed a magnifying glass to find where my avocados were, and they were not even ripe; on top of that some ingredient had a little bit of stale smell; and the crunch of the bhel was non-existent;
Rasmalai : Oh my God! This was a ripoff! They took pieces of some chamcham or something, dipped it in rasmalai syrup and sent it along;
Butter Naan : What butter, what "freshly prepared naan"?? This was a store-bought naan, heated up and sent along....not freshly prepared, not a naan, and no butter, very tough to chew.
Masala Chai : When you claim the item is "Masala chai" there's an expectation that the chai is authentic masala chai made from scratch with tea leaves, and not some powder concoction mixed with hot water, but that's exactly what I got despite requesting that they make it with cardamom and ginger."

The chicken biryani is supposed to come with a whole Cornish hen --- it literally says this on their menu. The TINY container only included a quarter of that. It was so sad-looking. I had imagined that even if they couldn't fit the whole hen, that they would maybe split it into at least two containers? I would've expected more for a menu item that cost $32. It was also supposed to include garlic raita, which was nowhere to be seen.
I also got the much-raved-about Alleppey fish & prawn curry ($34), which similarly left much to be desired. The gravy here actually didn't taste that different from the biryani's korma sauce.
Disappointed in what feels like lesser quality and care when it comes to folks who aren't able-bodied enough to eat at the restaurant. If you're ordering to-go/delivery, definitely DO NOT order the chicken biryani or the fish and prawn curry. You'll wish you saved the money/Doordash credits. I don't think I'd order from here again. The Palak Paneer was heavy on cardamom flavor with too many cardamom pods in the chewing. The actual cheese cubes were small in size but plentiful, making up for the flavor balance that wasn't my favorite, but also not too bad. Overall a decent meal with what are standard Indian takeout portion sizes. "

The Bread was Fantastic ! Reminded me of what my Calcutta Nani ( Maternal Grandma ) used to make back in the ' 70's in Chennai on a Clay Pan !! Hit the spot n I can have the leftover dipped in Chai Tea, or with Jam @ home !!!
