"We are REALLY lucky to have Piedmont Cafe. The affordable greasy spoon diner is a dying breed anyway, but this place? I've been coming here for a decade and when I tell you I can rely on my breakfast being cooked perfectly every single time, I mean, CLOCKWORK. This is worth its weight in gold to me personally, but then you also have amazing staff, what more could you ask for? Honestly, if they were open late at night a few nights a week or even all week? So like, open 7 or 8am to 2 or 3pm (sorry, can't remember their actual hours right now) and then again, say, 8pm til midnight Fri-Sun. And if they had a few booths and a jukebox, but kept it alcohol-free, this would be the perfect place. I also think they would benefit heavily from utilizing a space out front for a table or two outside if at any way possible; I know the location makes it tough but it's definitely been done up and down the street in different spots. Ever since Gaylord's closed there's a gap that needs filled for a place to study and have breakfast late that isn't Denny's. Anyway, if it ain't broke don't fix it, but just some ideas for them to consider, to keep them thriving so they stay viable and with us forever! "
