Additionally, I got the yellow rice, corn bread and banana pudding. The seafood was well seasoned, not greasy, not dry, not over breaded. The jumbo shrimp was a plus for me-also well seasoned and lightly breaded. The platter came with 4 jumbo shrimp, 3-4 pieces of whiting. The yams were sweet and not overly sweet, not extra saucy which is another plus because most places that serve yams I've had, give you more sauce than yams. The cabbage was definitely steamed, with a bit of crunch to it which is great for gut health. Corn bread was excellent! Soft, moist and buttery, melt in your mouth! Yellow rice was not dry, not burned, and lightly seasoned. They gave a large portion of banana pudding which was even better! Fresh sweet bananas inside with Nilla wafers, very creamy.
