It is tiny little deep fried morsels of chicken. but it's not even like a real bite of chicken it's more breading than anything. There were only a few that would equate to popcorn chicken size. And I don't know what spices they use, if any, but to me all it tasted like was that it was doused in hot sauce and not a very good hot sauce at that.
