The bacon is real pan fried bacon, and at least 1/3 cup or more. They add a lot of shredded cheddar, and the avocado is fantastic. In winter, the avocado is less fabulous, but it's obvious they use fresh produce, not prepackaged junk. The lettuce is always fresh and crisp. Good amount of chicken, and not too salty. The ranch dressing is very high quality, and they give plenty(4 oz?). When I'm home, I add shredded purple cabbage and carrots, and lots more tomato, then my husband and I split the salad but it's a plenty big enough salad for dinner for 1 without adding anything. The chicken's breading stays on - it look nice in the bowl (the clear plastic bowl to go container they use keeps the temp of the salad nicely but doesn't snap back together so well for leftovers -it's nice enough you don't have to pack a bowl to dump it into if you order it at work. "As always the food from Stone Jug was amazing. My only complaints about the food are the portion sizes, especially on the cornbread and the bread pudding were tiny. Literall one square inch. "Food Quality is generally good. The Pork Tenderloin with fries is still a value at 13.99. The Fried Mushrooms are fantastic but not a value. The crust stays on, and they are perfectly cooked (not greasy). But th serving size is too small for $9.50. Do NOT use the included ranch. Flo's staff don't seem to understand that the heat of fried foods will cook anything next to them in transit. The ranch, and any sour cream they send, is always well cooked and must be pitched. "
