I have been to several places in NJ, no other biryani can match its authentic flavor and quality! But the reason for 4 stars is because type of chicken pieces has changed. I have given the feedback about chicken pieces to the owner once when I was dining in. I have told manager the same thing. Seems like you are now cutting corners. Please don’t do this. Don’t ruin it for me or any other Bone-in chicken biryani lover. Don’t ruin it for yourself if customer satisfaction matters to you. Once again, this used to be undoubtedly the best biryani one could get in NJ. But not anymore just because you have changed the type of pieces to mediocre, small, less meat more bony ones. No other biryani could come close to its taste, it’s authenticity and the quality! It still brings me right to home! Because of the taste and authenticity. But please change back or improve the type of chicken pieces to more traditionally premium pieces like, breast, thigh and drumstick. Instead of the ones you put In now. It’s like the leftover pieces. "This place has gone downhill dramatically. I had ordered takeout from Pooja a several times a few years ago and had enjoyed the food. Today's experience was very different. I ordered three entrees — each "mild" and with no added salt. The food I received was exceptionally spicy (burning my mouth minutes after I stopped chewing) and very salty. The quality and preparation also left much to be desired. The aloo gobhi masala, for example, had almost no potatoes. The chicken tikka was overcooked and, in part, very dry. The chana masala seemed greasy. Even the packaging was lacking. I was stunned to find a lemon wedge loose in the bag! Ultimately, we were unable to eat any of what was delivered."
