The Beef Barbacoa Taco tasted good but was a bit dry but I ordered like an hour before closing so I'm willing to give it another try, another day, another time. The Cauliflower Taco was kind of just okay. Nothing that really made it stand out from the others. Maybe grilling it to get a bit of char would give it that dimension I feel it's missing? Also, maybe ricing it so it's a bit easier to eat? Or more diced at least? The Strawberry Lemon Agua Frescais was nice and refreshing, and I like that the Date Sweetened Horchata wasn't overly sweet.
