"Ok, so I know this is a sub store, but I was ordering alacarte from a couple of places and was craving a fried seafood platter and so I tried the fried clams and fried mushrooms. Please do not repeat my mistake. First, the batter is described as lightly battered. No way no how. This is the kind of batter that makes everything look 3x bigger and all you can taste is fried batter. And that taste lingers even after several beers to try to cleanse the grease from your palate. Next, those were either old grandma clams that were tough and inedibly chewy, or they were just incredibly overcooked. Chewy beyond belief and thick and greasy battered. Please don't repeat my mistake and maybe stick to subs here and skip anything fried."
