"This used to be a great place, but seems to have gone down in quality. Today got 8 piece Signature Chicken for $18, and got 3 wings, 2 legs, and 3 thighs. While they didn't advertise which pieces, the industry standard for eight pieces of fried chicken is 2 each, breast-thigh-leg-wing. Feeding a family of four without a larger piece for each person makes this grossly overpriced IMO. Additionally, the Potato Wedges did not taste (or feel) freshly-made. I ordered to be delivered at 4pm, and hoped everything would be made fresh, but it didn't seem to be. One last thing is that they use plastic bags for delivery. so despite packing the fried chicken in boxes with vents, once they put those boxes inside a plastic bag, everything gets STEAMED, so you can’t expect any krispy or krunchy fried chicken once it’s been steamed for 20-30 minutes. Really disappointed overall, HOWEVER, their biscuits are heavenly, and they did tuck one in the box with the chicken, so that was a lovely surprise."

"The flavor of the Tacos were great, but they are pretty tiny. The Queso Fundido needs a little work, the cheese they use wasn't very melty so it has an odd texture and the meat was in bigger chunks. "The Plank [Provisions] Baja Fish Tacos - Grilled tacos were pretty good, I think I wouldve preferred blackened or grilled. I subbed in Succotash which was really tasty. The star of the show was the Plank [Dessert] Chocolate Terrine, one of the best desserts I've had in a while. "

The Clam Chowder tasted like someone dumped an entire thing of salt in it which was pretty funny considering the Mussel broth could've used some and tasted like little more than heated up white wine. The "focaccia" that is paired with the Mussels was coated in butter and more like a white bread loaf with some rosemary on top. The Lobster bisque was okay flavor wise but had almost a gummy consistency. Portions were pretty normal for price point these days but I don't think I'll be ordering again."

"I tried this place before and wasn't impressed but I decided to give it another try and I must say the service was good. The guy at the counter explained that food is weighed which was something new to me. I'm use to places with a buffet doing that. The food was good. Pork chop was huge and seasoned to perfection. Yams were sweet and mac and cheese was delicious. I'll definitely be picking up my order from now on."

"Honestly such a great place to order from. I got the Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Fried Pork Chop Dinner. The Garlic Parmesan Chicken had a very light coating of garlic parm flavor which I liked but if you wanted the flavor to be super prominent, I would get some else. The Fried Pork Chop Dinner was yummy! The porkchops themselves were big and tender/juicy. My sides were the yams and greens, all flavored to perfection. Will be back for more."

"I am so beyond impressed. Tikka Masala Lamb, Garlic Naan are both phenomenally sized portions for a ridiculously nice price. Mango Lassi is pretty top notch. I havent gotten to te desert yet because I'm letting it chill while I take my time enjoying one of the best Indian food experiences I think I've ever had. 100% certainly with regard to delivery experience. Packaging is beautiful and SMART. Actual thought and care goes into all of the packaging to preserve freshness as well as can really be hoped for with delivery. Fortunately I live not far so delivery was very quick, but regardless very very awesome for the food to have near-fresh quality when enjoying from home. 5/5 easily one of the best delivery options in Downtown Omaha. Only thing I MIGHT change next time, and recommend considering, would be going for extra sauce if you get extra rice. Worked out great bc I'll devour the whole thing, but, extra sauce would probably be great for any potential instances of leftovers. "

"I recently provided a review about another restaurant where I received, literally 3 shrimp and a small portion of meat - it was good, but I felt cheated. But then there's THIS. Not only did I get my money's worth, AND, it was delicious. regardless of what you order from Bonefish via Doordash, I've noticed that their portion sizes are consistent with what you receive when you are at the restaurant, I've also noticed that the way they package the food is always good. no leaks, things that should be separate are actually separate. No wonder Bonefish is one of my main go tos when I dont feel like cooking!"

"Cesar salad had 2 croutons and barely discernible parmesan; so, was basically Romaine and dressing. Recommend skipping the salad. Menu says Mahi & Shrimp combination has 5 shrimp. My order had 4. Mashed potatoes lacked flavor. Definitely a lack of attention paid to this order. I have ordered from Bonefish before with a better result. Now I would say the food does not match the high price. "
