"Very good Eggplant Parm. Sauce is good. (Needs more basil and garlic IMO.) The thing that makes this the best to-go eggplant parm is the excellent breading, thin sliced and well-fried eggplant. They put lots of good quality cheese on top and the baked ziti is baked into the whole dish. I took a picture of the cross section so you can see the layering. You can also ask them to send the pasta in a separate dish if you don't like everything touching which is awesome that they customize this for picky folks (and kids). I also got the fried cauliflower and had it sent with their Buffalo sauce and ranch. Their Buffalo sauce wasn't my fav, but it worked perfect for what I wanted. (It was more sweet and tangy when I was expecting spicy and vinegary.) Everything I've ever gotten from Guida's I'd get again and their customer service is excellent, so overall 5-stars. Just 4-stars for this specific order."
