For $60, literally, we got three smoothies which were mostly half full due to the spill en route, but also had obviously sat at the restaurant for over 30 mins. All were watered down and runny, and one ("Mango Magic") was absolutely WRONG and foul. The food was...disgusting. I ordered the Chicken Caprese with NO chicken and NO tomatoes but came with both. I'm allergic to tomatoes and don't eat meat, so that was thrown away, along with Mango Magic. Both Inedible. I have had so many poor deliveries and even pick up that tastes "off", you'd think I'd stop spending hundreds of dollars each month. Well, I'm officially done. I read the other reviews and it's seems to be across the board. If it wasn't so expensive or if the quality was even 2 stars .. I'm not a harsh reviewer. I tip well. REALLY well. Id say at least 80% of our orders have been terrible, 10% have been completely inedible, and ALL have had error. It's an expensive habit when I don't have time to cook. I've learned my lesson. I'll hire a cook and order clean food. Also, Roxberry smoothies always taste the same, are never watered down, are made with fruit and veggies, no ice or fillers like Tropical Smoothie uses. Sadly, I don't think the location is well managed, staff isn't trained or authorized to make corrections---or concessions, refunds, replacement deliveries. The only thing consistent is a guaranteed mistake."
