"This was my first time having Haitian food and I absolutely loved everything we got. The beef and chicken Patties were sooo good and flavorful. It was buttery from the puff pastry, but deeply flavorful from the filling. I did not expect to like the Chicken as much as we did, it was a soo delicious and they were huge! I did not expect it to be that big! My son who's a picky eater cleaned his plate. The Mac and cheese and rice and beans were subtle, which was needed to balance the chicken! It wasn't oily at all and the chicken fell off the bone! And their Tropical Juice and Passion Fruit (Grenadia) were the perfect drinks to pair with it all because it was tangy and not too sweet. "i honestly think doña mary is my favorite restaurant in utah. i got 3 Tacos de Birria , which is my favorite thing they have! my pro tip is to dip the taco in the green sauce (creamy cilantro?), and then sip the consommé after you bite the taco! also, i squeeze the lime into the consommé rather than the tacos personally. the portion size is also enough for me that i don't order sides with it, but i'm kind of a light eater! the Agua Fresca is also very very nice and refreshing, no matter the flavor. 10/10 must-try combo if you're ordering here!
