"I'm upset that the pictures on their site show authentic ramen noodles but they're not when you receive your ramen, the noodles came from the packaged maruchan brands, very upsetting since I'm paying almost $19 for a bowl. The meat portions were very small and the only vegetables I received was kimchi, in the picture and description it shows that an egg comes with it and that wasnt in my bowl. The broth was very salty and tasted watered down, I will not be ordering from here again. It's okay if you want something warm if there are no other options open late at night."

"Review from a fellow Chinese person: Pork Postickers (8) is super large in size compared to other places, but not pan fried crispy enough. Still too soft. Egg Fried Rice about average-good. Not greasy and nice eggy flavor. Large portion. Pork XiaoLongBao (8) the best out of the pickings imo. Thin delicate skin that doesn't disintegrate from picking it up. Wish there was more soup inside. Great sauce to go with it tho. How to eat: Chew off the top (twisted top) of the dumpling and then pour the sweet sauce into it like a cup, and enjoy. Black & Gold Molten Lava Bun (3) really good soft and dough-y bun! Buns baked right! Still getting accustomed to the sweet oil inside the bun which gives it a "lava" effect, compared to the OG custard buns, this is really runny in a oily way. Get it for the experience, but don't get it if you dislike oily texture. Shrimp Dumplings (10) you get 10 pieces. A bit smaller on size, but that's because the skin is nice and thin (other places have thicker skin). Good choice. "

Serve the food correctly prior sending it off to DoorDash, the Pan Fried Pork Bun (6)is more like a pork soup dumpling (see pictures). First bite got all over my coat, and it's pretty bland. Both this and the lumpia taste like they were microwaved and/or quickly fried. The Shanghai Chowmein was overly oily. Lacked almost any flavor through the oil but was a decent portion. Try Teapot if you're looking for something similar and far better quality that has actual flavor. These three items with tip was $57 which is robbery."

Funnily enough I almost overlooked this place based on its name and branding - "Oh no, another 'healthy' restaurant that substitutes healthiness for deliciousness" I though to myself. Fortunately I was able to overcome my bias (partly due to other reviewers here) and decided to place an order. Wow! I am so glad I did. This is some top notch, expertly prepared Korean food. The pancakes are delicious, in particular I loved the kimchi pancake. They totally nailed the spicy pork too getting it just right in terms of flavor, spice and cooking. The purple rice is also very tasty, I consider it a superior side to regular white rice. Anyway, a true hidden gem...its yummy food disguised as a healthy place ;) Honestly nothing seemed inherently unhealthy, there are certainly a good amount of vegetable in each dish too and nothing was too oily.
