"I ordered 1 pumpkin bread and 1 coffee cake, and I got 2 pumpkin breads!! I specifically clicked to refund if the item was unavailable, NOT replace. The matcha latte had a huge amount missing from the top, and I didn't even get a straw with my order even though I clicked to include a straw. Not ordering again :("
