I was craving fried fish that wasn't too expensive and landed on this restaurant. This was very reasonably priced at happy hour. I ended up ordering the 8 Pc Fish. The fish tasted good; both the fried breading (nicely salted with good spices) & the fish itself. The fish was cooked well enough, but the breading could have been crispier; this did not crunch.
I also got the Bbq Tri-Tip Sandwich. It was decently sized; not too small, not huge. The bread was as expected. The meat was very good! There was a good amount of fat on the medium-large chunks of meat -- i personally love that, as it's sad when chunks are nothing but lean.
It comes with a side, and I chose the potato salad. The potatoes were cooked well enough to not be hard (on the raw side). The mix it was in had a good heap sized amount of mayo in it, BUT it had a very strong taste of pickles. So if you don't like pickles, you will not like the potato salad."

hmm the Donuts - 4ct , this needs attention. the donuts look full size in the photo but they are a third the size of a typical donut. I ordered 5, almost a half dozen. when a buy a half dozen donuts at an only-donuts store, they fill an 8 in by 8 in by 5 in box. these 5 little donuts barely filled a 5 in x 5 in flat bag restaurants use for plastic fork, knife and napkin. This was not $10 worth of donuts. on plus side they had a nice cake donuts taste, for literally bite-sized donuts."

For Sure Not Homemade Ranch Dressing. I spent almost $35.00 for one sando and a side of fries. Never Again. I literally had two bites of the sandwich and maybe 4 soggy fries. I own a restaurant and cant always be there. I am not trying to be unreasonable. I would seriously welcome a review like this. At least now you can find out who is responsible for serving such an expensive sandwich and all of it ended up in my compostable trash can. "
