Toasted bread so it wasn't soggy upon delivery. The CHIPOTLE PASTA SALAD had large corkscrew pasta whch made it so easy to eat inbetween sandwich bites. Appreciate a pasta salad that isn't sweet except for the bell peppers, but that paired well with the mayo. Got a CURRY CHICKEN TO-GO for lunch this week because it's so tasty too.T"

"Decent sand when made as specified, but I'd say 50% of the time they make mistakes on the order. Ingredient quality and closeness is the only reason I keep ordering. They are exceptionally expensive for the size of their sandwiches and salads (how expensive is lettuce, for real). If Jersey Mike's or Mr. Pickles were closer, I'd rarely order from here. That said, the bread is very good, as are the soups on the days they have something I like. "Theres damn near an entire avocado on this toast and the pudding is so scrumptious!"

"I pre-ordered this for delivery two hours later. The dasher delivered everything on time and I immediately started eating. So excuses of delivery delays of me not eating it right away do not factor into this. My turkey pesto sandwich was so soggy, it was like a sponge. One side was also very burnt, but the sogginess made scraping the burnt section off easier, so there's that. It was also room temperature cold - and since they grill it like a panini, my guess is that they made it very early, then left it to sit and the condensation made it soggy. (The inside of the container was full of water droplets.) The amount of turkey was also very light - the sandwich was practically flat. The chai tea was good (very spicy), the pesto flavoring on the sandwich was good, and the side salad was good. But for over $20 total for a turkey sandwich and the tiniest chai tea I've ever seen, I expected much more than spongy, burnt and cold bread."
