As I dug the ones off the top and threw it into the trash, I started seeing more and more. Basically all of the mixed greens I had to hand pick out and throw in the trash due to them being wilted and/or mushy. Even the romaine was on its last leg (centers were partially pink, with some fully there). Thankfully I had some mixed greens in my refrigerator I was able to add to it to replace them. For a restaurant that literally specializes in SALADS, this is just completely unacceptable.
