Today I ordered some lunch for me and my family and one item it was left behind. I called them As soon I opened the bag, because it was the first time they did my order wrong.
1- the lady over the phone it was super nice with me, even with my dumbest reaction because I couldnt find the right tool on doordash to ask for a credit. She opened her own app and she was guiding me how to do it.
2- The manager in charge was phenomenal because not only sent me an item it was missed but he included some desserts as well.

"I have given this place too many chances. Each time our order is NEVER correct and the portions seem to get smaller and smaller. Paid extra for Pint of Roasted Salsa was provided with their spicer version we do not like. Ordered combo Steak and/or Chicken Fajitas for Two - with rice and beans--and the portions were for one--not two. Side of guac, cheese and sour cream all put in same small container of a bento like box --could not use--all blended like soup as it was with the hot food. If you are going to keep increasing your prices --STOP reducing the quality and the portions. Last time I order from here. Not worth it at all."
"I ordered a margarita kit for $50. Description says it is a kit for 10 margaritas that includes a bottle of tequila, bottle of mixer and garnishes. I received 4 plastic cups of pre-mixed drinks sloppily sealed with masking tape. I'm not even sure they contained tequila. Order took over 2 hours to arrive and while tacos/guacamole were probably good when fresh, everything was cold and hard or soggy. "

"Uno has the deep dish pizza game on LOCKDOWN. We got the Chicago Classic Deep Dish (12" Large) and it did not disappoint.
