Therefore, I was not able to eat the food which I spent $50 on. I am not sure if the delivery driver possibly tampered with the food or if the restaurant carelessly put in the bag that way. I called the store and restaurant and they told me it should have been put in white package, but whoever prepared the meal just threw it in there and did not take time to take it out of the plastic bag to repackage and seal it. "Blown away by how good our food was from Pickles NY Deli! We got the Brooklyn Reuben (half pastrami, half corned beef), patty melt, and matzo ball soup. Basically it made me quit doing traditional St. Patrick's day, I'll just be ordering from Pickles instead from here on out. My wife enjoyed her patty melt on fresh rye bread, and the onion rings were great too - breading was spot-on and the dipping sauce had the perfect amount of horseradish to add a good kick. "It was a lot of food, I chose flank steak, and potato salad and Alfredo pasta. They sent two servings of the pasta, mashed potatoes and potato salad. My only gripe is the potato salad and pasta wasn't seasoned which I easily fixed. If you add salt, pepper, ground garlic and vinegar to the potato salad it will be better. I added some black pepper and spinach to the pasta, such a hit. Again this was a lot of food. I'm very pleased with the process for the quality.
