I like that it arrived at my house hot when I ask for delivery. However, I have noticed that the portions are much smaller when I order for delivery or get one of the promotions. Sometimes is onlya little bit of chicken in the portion which is very disappointing. Last time they put tomatoes in my dish even though I specified no tomatoes. I was unable to bet a refund and I couldn't eat my meal.
The food is always fresh The salad and cucumber are crisp.And the rice nevertastes burnt or sale.
I order from here almost every week. But if things like the portions keep decreasing and there are mistakes with my order I will be forced to look for different options."

"I’ve always been a fan of Shah’s Halal Food because the quality, flavor, packaging, and consistency are usually on point, and this order was no different when it came to taste. Everything was fresh and flavorful. My only disappointment was the portion size, especially the lamb. I counted maybe 11 small chopped pieces of lamb, a couple cucumbers, about 4 or 5 strands of lettuce, and a surprisingly small amount of rice. I finished the entire platter in under six minutes, and trust me, I wasn’t trying to break any records 😂. I remember ordering from Shah’s and getting so much food that I’d have enough for two meals. I completely understand the economy is tough and food costs have gone up for everyone, but customers are feeling it too. "Food was phenomenal. Kebabs were perfectly cooked; fully done with no burnt/charred parts. Salad was super fresh, crunchy and delicious. Love the dressing cup with dressing that tastes like it's made fresh with olive oil. Rice is also perfectly prepared, fluffy and buttery. You get a huge portion so enough for two or for your next meal. Garlic and spicy garlic sauce are also delicious and an excellent accompaniment to the meat/rice. Can't wait to return and try additional menu items!"
