Here are a couple things I would keep from this dish and a couple things I would change: Pros: -HUGE portion -You get a good chicken to rice ratio, definitely not losing money here -Flavor of the cheese sauce is really good! Improvements: - I would add more seasonings/salt to the dish. There are parts that have a good saltiness, and other parts that are lacking. The chicken and the rice need just a touch more flavor from the seasonings that they use. Overall, this was really good! The Spicy Tikka was delicious, but it was a lunch portion or a kids portion instead of an adult dinner entree sized portion.
