I can honestly say that this is one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever eaten. The mango mousse cake reminded me more of a fruit tart but was light, balanced, and refreshing nonetheless. I really enjoyed how present the mango flavor was in every bite. The crust reminded me of ciabatta bread because of how airy it was. It complemented the mousse very well and did not overpower the fruit at all. Overall, I enjoyed the Bronze Package (any 2 desserts) a lot. And I really appreciated that the desserts came with fresh fruit. "
