"The Kung Pao Chicken is very good despite the vegetable mix. It would be excellent with only green onions and peanuts the way it is supposed to be. My only suggestion would be to not use green peas and carrots, but use water chestnuts and bamboo shoots instead. The celery gives it a nice flavor and texture.

"It would be best to patronize the eatery in person for a great experience , ordering via door dash or uber eats not highly recommended. Where some orders may make it in pristine condition, others are less quality status. I have experienced the restaurant an it was great however my last 2 orders were not up to par. Vermicelli noodle bowl had hard dry meat, Shumai had no roe on it or in it, which I've ordered before and know it does. The sauce for my noodle bowl was not filled, it did not cover the food. I will eat at the restaurant as I know it's really good. The time from order to delivery was under 20 mins so that tells me if it's cooked and bagged and delivered in 20 mins it should not be cold or dry. "
