"The Kung Pao Chicken is very good despite the vegetable mix. It would be excellent with only green onions and peanuts the way it is supposed to be. My only suggestion would be to not use green peas and carrots, but use water chestnuts and bamboo shoots instead. The celery gives it a nice flavor and texture. Also very happy with Egg Flower Soup. Very nourishing and flavorful. Excellent way to start dinner. My wife enjoyed theFish Filets with Garlic Black Bean Sauce.
