The brisket was an end piece that was tough and chewy. The sausage was mediocre, the overall seasoning was overdone. The flavor of the pulled Pork Sandwich was great but it wasnt pulled, it was two small chunks of meat Ihad to pull myself, on a coleslaw soggy bun. The potato salad was either old or made wrong. Somehow I got two containers of potato salad and both had water pooled from the condensation on the lid. When I stired the first container the potatoes all became mashed potatoes, just disintegrated. The second container not all of the potatoes were covered with the dressing. The Queso & Chips was good, as was the Salsa & Chips. The cowboy Texas Caviar tasted good, but it did not say it was spicy. If they had left out the jalapeños or had a non spicy option I would have chosen that. We will try ordering one more time earlier in the day. But then thats it."
