"I love the Crab Meat and Tomato Noodle Soup! It's a little different from other Vietnamese restaurants. It comes with shrimp paste which gives it an extra umami taste. It's flavorful broth that I just can't get enough of. Five Spice Chicken and Pate is good but I think the filling to bread ratio is a little off. It could use more meat but I love the bread they use. "I'm confused by someone else complaining about "super sticky rice" in the sushi rolls. Sticky rice is a necessity for good sushi - it helps the sushi not fall apart when you pick it up. Joy Sushi's sushi rice is *excellent*, whether it's in a roll or in a poke bowl as a base - even the brown sushi rice! It's both flavorful and satisfyingly sticky.
All of my family members (parents, sisters, brothers-in-law, nieces) love Joy Sushi. In particular, we love the Poke Bowls. With a myriad of options to customize your own Poke Bowls and no shortage of ingredients provided, the Poke Bowls are excellent value for the money. My go-to: half-half mixed greens/sushi rice base, albacore + salmon for protein, all of the toppings (except onions + green onions), white sauce, add tamago. (Their white sauce is SO GOOD.) 1 Poke Bowl usually makes for 2 generous meals!
I also love their rolls. The Shrimp Tempura Roll deal on DD is super worth it. I also love the Lion King and Sun Shine Rolls.

"Great value for the Teriyaki Beef Deluxe Dinner. You get teriyaki, rice, mini salad, sashimi, sushi, gyoza, and tempura! Thats a lot compared to other bento box style offerings at other restaurants. Good quality salmon sashimi. Only thing is that their tempura sauce is a bit too sweet for me.
The Rainbow Roll was standard and good.
The only downside is that their Beef Udon wasnt the best. Inwouldnt get it again. Since they packaged it all together, the beef was a bit overcooked and tough. I've seen other restaurants separate the soup and noodles/meat in delivery orders to avoid this. The broth wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything unique or tasty "
