"Ramen Ya is always a favorite in our house. The Chicken Katsu Curry with sub shrimp fried rice is cooked to perfection and has a lot of flavor. Our favorite side dish is the Tofu! "i ordered udon noodles with my mapo tofu but it wasn't the thick kind i like. It also wasn't spicy so i wish they could add chilli oil on the side like they do with gyoza sauce.. i wish they included photos but its okay it still tasted delicious. Fried scallops tasted good but i wouldn't buy again for the small amount you get for the $10 price. I would stick to their yummy gyoza or takoyaki. love this restaurant and will continue ordering from them! THEY ALWAYS PACKAGE ORDERS SO WELL + food comes hot so that's why they get 5 stars"

"Amazing. Absolutely delicious. The one thing, however, is that I wished the Spicy Shoyu Tonkotsu broth was spicier! It wasn't as spicy as I expected, but still very yummy. The Pan Fried Gyoza and Deep Fried Gyoza were also so good, they paired well with the noodles. Though, I reccomend you order it separately since it tastes better out of the broth, haha. The Gyudon had a nice portion of foodstuffs, again recommended with a choice of noodles. Finally, the Black Garlic is great based on what my father thinks. I didn't get a taste due to being full, but still, I'm taking his word for it."

"Nico with YellowBelly cared enough to go out of his way to ensure my order was delivered smoothly. The tosada (with pulled-pork) was excellent in flavor & texture. The street corn was the perfect side kick addition. (I don't think street corn at this quality level is available anywhere else on Maui.) I ordered items AS IS - but for me, just a couple of little things: I didn't need/want as much pulled pork on the dish and the cream portion to the corn was way over the top too. (I'll order "less" next time.) Nevertheless, in my opinion, YB is DA BEST Mexican grub on the island, no question. We will be ordering everthing on their menu in the days to come.
