I've had amazing ticket-ramen right next to サラリーマン (suits) in Tokyo. Most of the time I read reviews and "it's the best I've ever had" doesn't quite measure up. Well, I'm happy to stay I was pleasantly surprised. I too had the Spicy Miso Ramen and it was spot-on. So good that I actually dug out the actual Japanese ramen servingware for ramen my wife had to bring back. The pork belly was actually roasted, not just cooked. It's got its own unique flavor which is better than a lot of Japanese places and the spicy was just enough to make my nose run. Loved it. And I wrote this review because it was just that good.
