"The fried chicken is well seasoned and the cabbage is really good"

"Okay, I thought about it for a while and finally decided to leave a review. The Brisket Dinner was decent. It wasn't anything to fight over, just decent. I really think where I went wrong was the side optons. I had the brisket with cabbage and green beans but the brisket was supposed to be over mashed potatoes and gravy. Apparently they ran out because I got a table spoon of potatoes, swimming in brown gravy. Then they gave me a small side of rice in a separate container. The green beans?.. 10 out of 10 delicious! The cabbage I'd give maybe a 5 out of 10. The flavor was lacking that day. An now the brisket. It's really hard to tell whether it was bad or not. It had a great smoky flavor but it was a bit chewy. I'm use to the gelatinous state the fat goes into after brisket is smoked just right and for a length of time. This brisket didn't have it. Surprisingly enough, everything else is what made it decent. Freshness, portion? Great. Would I order again? Gotta try the brisket again."
