It was still hot when it arrived and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. It was so juicy! Second triple was great but not nearly as juicy. The double from my last order was so dry that half of it was inedible. It was cooked so hard that it was almost all the meat lace (that is perfect around the edges, but it was hard and there was no meaty part to it) and had to be thrown away. I loved the Cajun fries each time and I always get beignets because they are amazing!
