"This is the best Mexican food in southwest Omaha, hands down. Don't sleep on the cachete, it's the best protein on the menu, and elevates a taco to a whole new level. Nachos are unique and utterly addictive. I was disappointed at first because they use queso instead of shredded cheese. I usually don't care for this approach because it makes the bottom soupy and the chips soggy, but the queso flavor hits so hard that it all works. (Just be prepared to use a fork, not your fingers!) The green and red salsas are not very spicy but they’re both delicious. I usually ask for an extra cup of the red, it complements the tacos very well. Counter service is always friendly, and deliveries arrive hot and fresh. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"I don't typically leave reviews for Qdoba because I've been eating at Qdoba since the place opened, and I might have a little bit of bias towards this place because it's been one of my favorites since it opened up. This particular order of Create Your Own Three-Cheese Nachos was top-tier. I've been on keto for a little while and I felt like binging and having some sweet, sweet carbs in the form of chips. To my surprise, this bowl appeared to be crammed with more cheese sauce and toppings than normal 🤤. Trust me, you eat at a place long enough and you just kind of learn what to expect with their serving size and toppings. It's been a few months since eating here, I'm not 100% sure if they tweaked their recipe again, but 15+ years of eating at Qdoba and that was easily the best nacho meal I've ever had and this is coming from a customer that's been eating Qdoba since day one and has easily eaten more nachos and burritos than the vast majority of you reading this review lol."
