I was expecting a nice mellow pork dumpling taste but I got some kinda sour nonsense that didn't agree with my tastes at all. The rice noodles in the ramen are big fat ones like soba noodles. Thought they'd be thinner. Doesn't come with the ingredients split from the broth like other places do. Broth tasted closer to pho than ramen. Mango rice has some kinda funky purple rice in it essentially swimming in a pool of lightly sweetened milk. Not even like half a mango's worth of mango. "The Lao-style Papaya Salad is the best and most authentic in town! I'm Lao/Thai and have tried most of the Thai restaurants around, and Quality Thai has the best Thum Mak Hoong by far! My son and I have had many other dishes from here and haven't had a single problem or bad meal! Pics shown are after I started digging in, couldn't wait!
