"I've always been a fan of the hummus here. Ordered the Baba ghanouj for the first time today, and I'm now regretting not trying it sooner. The chicken shawarma platter was huge and so flavorful- enough to feed 2-3 people. The Turkiya is so fresh and is perfect with the chicken. The pita is fluffy- nothing like the flat, dry stuff you'll find at a supermarket. The quality of the food is amazing. "

"We always order from Al Basha and the service and food are always great. Hoever, today we were disappointed with both. Our pick up was for 3:18pm and we waited an additional 45 minutes for out order. The staff was not helpful when we checked in on our order and were very dismissive every time we asked. The tomato and onion salad was mushy as if it was a few days old and the 4 person platter lacked protein and was mostly fries. Lastly, we asked for garlic yogurt and the employee wasn't too kind when handining them to me. "

"I am originally from Turkey and very picky about what is marketed as Turkish food around here (even in Patterson and Clifton known as little Istanbul). This restaurant is out of this world. The food reminds me of the best of the best in Turkey. We ordered the package for two which came with so much food including salad, four cold one hot (the liver) appetizers, mixed grill (generous sampling of all they have to offer and the Adana, döner and the lamb shish kebab so tasty). I couldnt get to the chicken fast enough and lost it to my son who also inhaled the eggplant (he surprised even himself with that actually). There is dessert which I was too full to taste. Last but not least the still warm heavenly bread which I forgot to include in the picture. I don't know how I missed this place before but I will make up for it. "
