"Pretty quick, interesting to see just how much more is charged even for pickup vs the menu price, nearly 25%. I might be getting old but before all these delivery apps pickup was always the same as the menu price - not taking up their time on the phone or in person. We ordered two medium meals, came in two different sized containers so not sure if we got the right sized meals as we've eaten here for years and never had that before. crackling looks like smooth skin and very fatty on the back. that's definitely gone downhill and not exactly crackling anymore so we'll have to stop getting that. Last time one of the meals was straight up different from the order. I think it's changed hands? either that or they're just not maintaining the same standards anymore."

"BBQ cheese fries were the worst, not at all enjoyable. Corn nuggets (6) are corn nuggets, don't get the aioli as the brand they use is gross. Hawaiian Chick burger was nothing great, bacon burnt and looked gross. Chicken dry, and just nothing great. Was hoping they'd had an off night prior, but same quality sadly."
