"Seafood Lover's Platter I'm giving this dish 4.5 stars. The seafood used in this dish is super fresh. The amount of cooking and ingredients is almost perfection! The only thing I would say is to use a touch more basil. You can tell this dish is made by a real chef that knows excellent technique when cooking right down to the fresh sliced garlic. For $50 If this dish had 4 or 5 sea scallops and came with some fresh bread for dipping into the sauce I'd order this once a week and not need to try any other establishments.
