Fourth thoughts: who came up with these scrumptious very unique recipes - so very flavorful! Fifth thoughts: The chicken Crunch and the Seafood Sandwich are in a category of their own. Potato salad is a flavor blend new to me. Strawberries with basil - just do it! We could have driven anywhere in the area and eaten any meal we desired. But we were exhausted, been in the medical center for a week, and so very much enjoyed every last bite of this meal delivery. Thank you Local Foods! We will drive South to visit again. "

"My CENTER-CUT SIRLOIN STEAK was cooked perfectly medium rare. I had no trouble cutting it with my platic knife. It was well seasoned. It definitely did not need any of the sauces offered. That being said, the pesto was AMAZING. I love pesto and theirs is SO good! I found myself wishing I had some bread to dip in it. The street corn side was delicious. It was plenty spicy and a generous portion. The broccoli side had sun dried tomatoes and I think it was steamed. The broccoli didn't have any other seasoning but was well cooked. My husband had the SALMON BOWL. It had a great tangy flavor and his salmon was perfectly cooked. We shared the carrot cake. I prefer a cream cheese frosting and a little denser CARROT CAKE. Theirs has a buttercream frosting I think. It was good. A little too sweet for me but it was still good. All in all excellent food and we look forward to eating here again when we visit Houston."
