"The Oxtail. Dinner is mid. The yams are from a can and canned yams will always be a negative. The Mac and cheese is ok nothing to write home about. You do receive a healthy portion of oxtail and it's not just bones. Taste wise, they lack flavor and spice. We need an option of extra oxtail gravy. "I ordered Moroccan lentil soup and the eggplant sandwich. I'm not sure I got the correct soup as I saw chick peas and not lentils, but it was terrific, whatever it was. Wish I'd ordered more. The eggplant sandwich was also excellent, though I thought it was a little small. The Cole slaw was ok but strangely salty so I think I'd skip that in the future. I also ordered frozen beef barely soup which I can't review yet, but judging on the one soup I did get I'm sure it's good. I'll be ordering again soon. "

"Honestly, from what I heard about this place I was excited to try it, but I was seriously disappointed. First off, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich was not even made how it was supposed to be. It was supposed to have tomato and arugula on it, I asked for no tomato, which there werent. However, they put literally 2 leaves of arugula on it (not an under exaggeration) and added roasted red peppers.....?? Guess they made whatever they felt like instead of what I ordered.
The Lemon & Ricotta Pancakes were delicious but for $18 the 3 pancakes were extremely small, like maybe the size of my palm. Not at all worth the price.
Additionally, when you pay $9 for a side of Sweet Potato Fries, you typically expect to get more than a handful of them. Maybe that's just me, but $9 felt like a total rip off for the amount.
And the Classic Eggs Benedict had almost no hollandaise sauce on them. We were not impressed. Ive had better benedicts at the diner (that were less expensive too).
All in all, disappointing all around, and I wont be back."
