"In regards to the Spaghetti alla Carbonara:
It is 100% the AUTHENTIC Italian recipe; using eggs, guanciale (or pancetta in some regions), and Pecorino Romano (or Parmigiano-Reggiano, again, depending on region.) Just for that I want to give it 5-Stars because they're not lying, nor are they trying to pass off cream, boiled ham, peas, and whatever other abomination as "alla Carbonara." My only very *slight issue* is that there is nothing in it like scallions (green onions) to make the dish *POP*; so it was a tad bit on the bland side as far as taste. I'm not trying to be insulting, just giving fair feedback. You already won me over with being honest, so I'd give it a 4.75/5 Stars because I feel like it could use that extra layer of flavor, otherwise it was PERFECT! I would definitely order it again.

"The "Union Jack Steak Burger" was honestly one of THE BEST burgers I've ever eaten, and I'm not exaggerating. The quality of the meat was exceptional; it arrived perfectly medium rare (which is a personal preference, which I did not specify, but was happily surprised) and the burger felt like it was at least 8oz in weight.
Also, the lettuce (not iceburg, thankfully) and tomato were very fresh, the cheddar cheese was divine (not clumpy or greasy) and the HP sauce is far better in taste than A1 sauce. I'm glad I did not omit it.
I'm a huge fan of the Croissant Bread Pudding, and today's variety had what tasted like Bordeaux cherries (?) and dark chocolate chips (morsels) which really won me over.
Lastly, I think I'm addicted to the Cheddar and Herb scones.
