I haven't complained about the several times that I just got the Tacos and Rice AND nothing else. Consistency is paramount to any successful business. "If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 3 bowls, paid $50+, could not eat it. Door Dash did nothing about it. Husband got in the car and drove to the restaurant to return the food for a refund. Was told that they couldn't do anything about a refund, since they hadn't been paid by Door Dash for the order yet. They offered to replace the food with the same thing, which was inedible, so a big "No Thank you"! We are out over $50 with ZERO customer service or compensation. We will NEVER patron Steak Escape again. We are gluten-free and low carb. I ordered a bowl with meat and veggies, including broccoli. The meat was sparse with big blobs of fat. The broccoli was only big thick chunks of the stalk that was hard and woody. It was not even chewable. The other veggies were cooked to mush. Everything about it was horrible. Steak Escape used to be one of the better fast food options. It's sad."
