For the main entree, we got the Sushi Sashimi for two. 1. Their sashimi cuts are crazy generous. 2. Their fish is SO fresh. It as if they just caught a live one and prepared it, no cap. 3. Their sushi rice??? Indestructible (what I mean by this is like you know, did you ever have a sushi break apart when you pick it up with your chopsticks? Well that didn't happen with this restaurant. Hats off to the master sushi chef who prepared our dinner because we were really blown away by the rice.) the rice was also very well seasoned and had the perfect ratio to the fish on top. 4. My all time favorite fish is Salmon but their Yellowtail literally blew me away. The way it just melts in your mouth ughh so good lol. Lastly, the we ordered the lobster bisque. It doesn't look that good in the picture and in person, but it tasted heavenly. It didn't have that fishy smell (like under the sea type smell) or taste so it was nice. It was so comforting and filling! All in all, we had an amazing dinner thanks to Oishi Sushi!
