The Margarita (Large 16”) was perfection(one of my top pizzas on the North Shore now) and the Focaccia Whole Bread (6 Pieces) was very flavorful, loaded with garlic and so good with our marinara sauce at home. I do think the focaccia order should come with marinara or oil and vinegar as that is typically the standard with good Italian food but thankfully we have our own on hand at all times! "Have ordered several times with the quality being top notch. It was the best pasta. This order was not seasoned and had no taste or flavours like previous times. Ordered a side mushroom risotto and it's just rice with mushrooms and too much parsley. It tasted gritty so it was left not eaten. Very unappetizing. Chicken mushroom Alfredo was not seasoned and sauce was plain chunky and separated. The Mushroom and Mascarpone Ravioli was covered in capers?! Capers are not listed or pictured as an ingredient. Disgusting. It tastes like it was made by a person who doesnt know how to cook or does not know how to make your food. Only the side of meatballs was nice but they were cold on the inside. "

"Ordered the J&L Spicy Chirashi Don and it was a total let down. I've ordered it before and it was very nice, thick slices of raw fish in a bed of sushi rice with Korean spicy sauce . What appeared tonight was a bunch of assorted stringy slices of fish, fake crab laying on top of a bed of mixed salad greens that you can buy prepackaged from Safeway and just regular Steamed rice in a small separate container. Nothing about this yells out "Chirashi Sushi". The Miso soup was good...a bit salty. Gomae was fine. The Chicken Yakisoba was good. Salmon Nigiri Tamago Nigiri were fine. Regardless, it's a disappointment overall because the J&L Spicy Chirashi Don were great in the past. Not anymore. Will probably never order from these guys again since there are better choices."
