To start with, 90% of boba shops don't actually cook their brown sugar pearls in brown sugar syrup like they're supposed to - they use regular pearls and add a syrup which doesn't have the same result. Not only does SunTea do it right, they explicitly state so on their menu, taking the guesswork out of if it's actually worth getting! The brown sugar pearls are PERFECT! Second, they have an incredible variety of toppings including mochi, which if you haven't tried boba mochi you absolutely must.
